The question
A 34-year-old man from Thrissur comes to the eye OPD with slowly blurring vision. He has frontal baldness, bilateral ptosis, wasting of the temporal muscles, and he cannot let go quickly after a handshake. Slit-lamp examination shows fine, multicoloured glistening crystals scattered in the lens cortex. Which condition does this lens finding point to?
