Terms of use

Last updated 22 October 2026

MedExams is for practice only. Our questions are original practice questions written for MedExams, with the help of AI tools, and checked by software. They are not questions from any real exam, they are not leaked or predicted papers, and they do not tell you what will appear in your exam.

Please read these terms before you use the site. By using MedExams, you agree to them.

1. About these terms

MedExams (medexams.in) is a free exam-practice website for healthcare students and professionals. It is run by the founder of MedExams (name and address to be added before launch) (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, with or without an account.

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

2. Practice questions only

Every question on MedExams is a practice question. In particular:

  • Questions are written for MedExams, often with the help of AI writing tools, and then checked. They are not copied from, and do not reproduce, any official exam, question bank or past paper.
  • They are not an indication of the questions, topics, difficulty or format of any real exam. Do not expect to see them, or anything like them, in your exam.
  • Mock exams and scores are for practice. They are not official exams and do not predict your real result.
  • Using MedExams does not guarantee that you will pass any exam, get a particular score, or be selected for any job or course.
  • Exam details we show (subjects, patterns, eligibility, dates) can change. Pages marked “Details being verified” have not yet been checked against an official source. Always follow the official notice of your exam authority.

Where we show a previous exam paper, it is labelled with its source. When we cannot republish a paper, we link to the official source instead.

3. We are independent

MedExams is not linked to, endorsed by or approved by any exam authority, licensing body, university or employer, including the National Testing Agency, the ASCP Board of Certification, the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, the NCSBN or any nursing, pharmacy or paramedical council. Exam names are used only to describe what a practice set is for. All trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Not medical or professional advice

Questions and explanations are written to help you study for exams. They are not medical, clinical, laboratory or legal advice, and must not be used to diagnose, treat or make decisions about patients or samples. In real practice, follow your institution’s procedures, current guidelines and qualified supervision.

5. Accuracy and reporting mistakes

We work hard to keep questions correct and up to date: software checks every question, and a person checks every mistake that is reported. Even so, mistakes can happen, and practice and guidelines differ between countries and change over time.

If you think a question or explanation is wrong, please report it. Reported questions go back into review. We do not accept liability for errors, but we will correct them when we find them.

6. Your account

  • Without an account you can try the first 25 questions of each exam. An account opens every question, practice sets and mock exams, and saves your progress.
  • You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, please use MedExams without signing in.
  • An account is for one person. Keep access to your email or Google account secure.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This deletes your saved progress.

7. Fair use

When you use MedExams, please do not:

  • copy, scrape, download in bulk, sell or republish our questions, explanations or figures;
  • use bots or automated tools to access the site, or put an unusual load on it;
  • try to get into accounts, staff areas or data that are not yours, or test our security without permission;
  • use the site for anything unlawful, or present our practice questions as real or official exam questions.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. Our content

The questions, explanations, figures, text and design of MedExams belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may use them for your own, non-commercial study. Teachers who would like to use our questions with a class are welcome to ask us first.

9. A free service that may change

MedExams is free. We may add, change or remove features, exams and questions, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever offer paid features, we will tell you clearly first, and you will never be charged without choosing to pay.

10. Limits of our responsibility

MedExams is provided “as is”. As far as Indian law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using or relying on the site, including exam results, admission or job decisions, or lost study time. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

11. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will show a notice on the site. The date at the top says when they last changed.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: write to us at the contact email that will be published on our Contact page before launch.
